Zillow Premier Agent
We have partnered with Zillow, the website that gains nearly 100 million visitors per month, to get your home in front of the most buyers possible. Our Zillow partnership will allow your home to be seen by more buyers and allows us to post your home as a coming soon, driving up interest before it goes live or starts to accrue days on market. Sometimes we have homes that sell before even hitting the market through this strategy.
Zillow 3D Home Tour
We offer 3D Home Tours through Zillow as part of our marketing package. This will help your listing rank higher and be seen by more buyers. Like videography, the 3D home tour drives engagement and offers more value to home buyers.
Per your request we can host an open house on your behalf. We promote open houses through our Zillow Partnership, large buyer and agent database and social media targeting. Many buyers start their home search online, 90% to be accurate, with over 40% of those who found their house online purchased it. By promoting your open house online we are generating more traffic potential.
We have an in house videographer and drone professional. It’s no secret that video and drone footage is a critical part in driving engagement with potential buyers. During our consultation, we will determine the best videography package for your home. Your home will rank higher when listed with videography, yielding more exposure. The best part about our videography is it’s included in our low flat fee! You can’t get that value anywhere else.
Social Media Targeting
With 79% of internet users logging into Facebook, it would be a disservice to not include this in our marketing recipe. Social media allows us to target your buyers directly, getting your home in front of more potential buyers. We are able to target in other markets that are buying in your community, giving us a larger reach and greater exposure. California is the #1 state individuals and families are moving to Arizona from, with Illinois in second place. We target these two areas heavily with a large percentage of our listings.
Similar to Social Media Targeting, we promote our listings with Google Adwords. We are able to target specific buyers in multiple markets giving us a larger reach and keeping our clients homes in front of those who are looking to buy in your community.
We not only focus heavily on digital marketing but understand that there is still value in direct mail. Many Arizona communities are second home buyers or have referrals to friends, family and colleagues that are looking to make a move to Arizona. When your home goes live, we send out approximately 1,000 pieces of direct mail promoting your listing. By doing this, we are able to identify any referrals or potential buyers of your neighbors who are considering moving to Arizona and possibly your community.
We have invested in a Smart Database filled with potential buyers. Anytime we get a new listing we promote through our database of buyers and agents. We are also able to target specific criteria within our database, meaning if your home is in community A, we can pull all buyers in our database that are looking in community A and showcase your listing to them.
You’ve heard of Multiple Listing Service (MLS), but how does it benefit you? We start by creating a unique, non-traditional description of your home that captures the buyers attention and engages them to want to see more. By adding your listing to the MLS, we are able to gain a very large reach to both agents and buyers. Once we input your listing into the MLS and push it Active, your listing instantly is syndicated across thousands of websites including Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com and even traditional brokerages like RE/MAX, Realty Executives and Russ Lyon Sotheby’s.
